This past week, Star Trek Online announced and released the the Justiciar Command Star Cruiser [T6] as part of their Starfleet Flashback Bundle.
The ship is one of three ships in the bundle + a new Picard era uniform and other odds and ends.
But …. The Justiciar is what has me the most excited as it is a T6 variant of the original Star Cruisers that have been in game sense the games launch well past a decade ago now.
And the Star Cruiser was my original flagship when I first started playing.
Now, ship designs have come a long way and there are other ships out there (like the Connie III, Excel II and Lexington variant of the Odyssey) that I am already flying.
But this ship should be able to hold its own and has the nostalgia of those first days when the game was fresh and new.
Now, I can’t afford this today or maybe even tomorrow … but possibly the day after that or the one just after that … It will be on my list to procure.
And how excited am I? … Let’s just say that I’ve already been playing in the ship tailor to figure out the possible look or variant for the one I end up flying.
What follows below are three I’ve been looking at.
Also, the name showing on the saucer is NOT the name I’ll be using.
My one change in the Justiciar design as created is that I’m not a fan of its underslung pylons so I’m going to with one from one of the older variants as seen here.
And in order of skin options ….
(Top to Bottom) : Galaxy skin, Odyssey Skin, Type 8b, Galaxy with Vesta pattern.
OH …. And this ship isn’t the ONLY reason I’m getting the pack. I also want the Cyclone escort and that Picard era uniform, which I think looks really sharp.
