Alliance Central Command (boq botlhra’ghom) is a cross-faction task force (fleet) built on respect and is currently seeking mature players looking for a good home!

And sub-subfleets, Malstrom Alliance and mey’elStrem boq (aka. our “Malstrom Project”), are the creative / primary story branch of our fleet.

We are open for players seeking a mature yet casual gameplay setting within the online universe of Star Trek Online.

We offer our players a loose structure that will allow them their choice of group or solo PvP or PvE playing options as well as a network where they can either participate in regularly scheduled fleet actions (missions/battles) or find other fleet members online who want to join them for spur-of-the-moment missions / battles.

Ie. … It does not matter if you are someone that can play only a few days a week or several hours every day, we want you to be able to play the game YOU want to play as you want to play it.

Who Are We?

• Built on respect, we’re a small, casual group with a rather creative heart — one family spread across two fleets … one KDF and one Fed.
• A shared in-game private chat channel keeps us in contact with one another.
• We have a Discord server, although it tends to be a quiet place. (Looking to change that!)
• Many of our players prefer chatting in game, saving voice comms for the coordinated operations … or for when that socialization bug hits.
• Many among us are more “lone wolves.”
• Players who enjoy chatting as they play, but primarily run solo.
• Players who on occasion come together in twos and threes to team up for STF, Fleet Mark or PvP runs.
• Small but dedicated … We’re still getting the job done.
• FED Starbase: Tier V, but still leveling a couple areas.
• FED Holdings all maxed, except last tier of colony world.
• KDF Starbase and holdings maxed.

So, if you’re looking for a friendly place where you can kick your feet up by the roaring fire without all the drama … We might be just what you’re wanting.

Many of us love a good story and have overactive imaginations … so why not take it to the next level.

As such, we have launched this blog website as a place to post stories related to our characters in a shared-universe creative environment.

A shared environment perfect for crafting stories and other forms of creativity.

What kind of players do we hope to see join the Malstrom Alliance fleets / project?

If you like any of the following, then this project is for you as it’s about creativity and playing in the same proverbial sandbox.

These are perfect for those who enjoy ANY of the following!

• Share the same fictional universe with others, stories existing in that same take on the Star Trek Online universe.
• World building. (We have our own wiki!)
• Love to talk about their characters like they have real stories.
• Crafting elaborate character bios.
• Writing fan-fiction stories and/or log entries about our characters using a fleet supplied personal blog and channels on Discord.
• Roleplay through either text or voice.
• Tabletop roleplay via Star Trek Adventures’ system rules.
• Screenshots or other forms of art.
• Just want to play their character in Star Trek Online while existing within the above crafted universe.

What do we hope to have going on before it’s over?

• World-building of our crafted / shared universe for our stories and creative mindsets, supported by our own wiki.
• Written fan-fiction stories, character logs, and extensive bios for characters / ships.
• Story nights where we gather online (via Discord) like an open mic night where you can amaze all with tales of your captains, ships and crews.
• Have roleplaying sessions over text and/or voice comms via discord.
• Team up to run missions / task force operations together in Star Trek Online with you representing your ship and crew over voice comms in the process.
• Tabletop gaming in our created universe using the Star Trek Adventures system and rules.
• Post screenshots and other created / crafted art via our Instagram and Twitter streams for all to enjoy.
• Have sessions where we simply have fun talking about our corner of the universe, characters, ships and Star Trek Online.

WE ARE ALL ABOUT THE CREATIVITY!

And you can also enjoy these story fleets just because you think it would be fun to play your characters and ships in game in a fleet that exists within this shared-verse.

Ie. You don’t have to be one of the ones actually writing the stories to be a part of our fleet(s).
