Starbase Arise … headquarters of Alliance Central Command.

After 13 years in existence, Alliance Central Command at long last has unlocked the Tier 5 skin for our fleet’s command starbase (FED-side).

Still have to bring the ENG and SCI starbase paths to Tier 5 but we’re finally getting there!
