BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Ulfr, son of Starfleet's Fleet Admiral Tazuul.
Some might think that would offer a leg up on things, but actually truth is quite the opposite.
After leading an effort to defend the people of Vega colony from a borg invasion and helping with the evacuation, his father saw to it that his son was given an assignment that might well have pushed him out of Starfleet.
He saw to it Tazaqetlh became what had become known in the fleet as .... the "Jelly Wranglers."
Basically, that means he was responsible tracking / herding (babysitting) a pod of Cnidarians .... ie. a massive spaceborn Jellyfish first encountered by the U.S.S. Enterprise D at Farpoint.
It was not a glamorous job by any means.
He had a brother named Klissh who assimilated into the Borg Collective and later liberated by the crew of the I.K.S. Qu'In 'an bortaS.
